Job Summary

Owning strategic healthcare partnerships, the full-time remote Director of Partner Solutions - Cardiology will manage customer relationships from implementation through long-term adoption, guiding complex workflows and leveraging AI-powered solutions to achieve operational and financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations and operational transformations for cardiology organizations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, ensuring measurable outcomes and identifying expansion opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to enhance customer experiences and influence product development

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare implementations or customer success within healthcare technology
• Deep experience supporting cardiology physician groups or cardiovascular service lines
• Strong understanding of ambulatory practice operations, including prior authorization and revenue cycle management
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and build relationships with healthcare executives
• Experience with ambulatory EHRs such as Epic, athenaOne, or similar platforms
