Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of a comprehensive partner enablement strategy aligned with growth objectives
- Manage and improve the partner delivery excellence program for high-quality implementations
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the impact of enablement programs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS companies, with a focus on partner enablement
- 5+ years of management experience in partner management or related roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs
- Deep understanding of SaaS and Enterprise Sales business models
- Experience in a sales-driven organization working with large GSI's and technology partners
