Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment, including client success and healthcare operations
• Experience managing and developing a team of 3+ direct reports
• Demonstrated experience in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Data fluency with experience in analyzing and interpreting data using tools like Google Sheets and Excel
