Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Partner Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Partner Success team, setting objectives and providing feedback
• Act as the senior escalation point for partner issues and guide the team in relationship management
• Oversee partner-led implementations and lead the development of enablement materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team in a relevant context
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or account management for software implementations
• Master's degree or professional accounting designation preferred
• Experience with project management, programme management, or account management expertise preferred
