Director of Partner Success

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Partner Success to lead and manage the Partner Success team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Success Managers, ensuring optimal performance and resource allocation
• Act as a senior escalation point for partner issues and guide the team in building strong partner relationships
• Monitor partner-led implementations and oversee the development of enablement materials and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team in a Partner Success, project management, or account management context
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or functional account management for software implementations for Corporate/Enterprise Performance Management platforms
