Director of Partner Success

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Partner Success to lead and manage the Partner Success team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Success Managers, ensuring optimal coverage and support for partners
• Act as a senior escalation point for partner issues and guide the team in building strong partner relationships
• Monitor partner-led implementations and support process improvements to enhance partner success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team in a Partner Success, project management, or account management context
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting or functional account management role focused on software implementations for CPM/EPM platforms
• Experience managing a globally dispersed team
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and EPM/CPM solutions
