Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for senior living corporate operator partners, the full-time Director of Partner Success will manage relationships, drive partner success, and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own partner relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior living executive teams
- Drive partner success by identifying opportunities for engagement and operational improvement
- Create and present Quarterly Business Reviews and monitor key success metrics
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, partner/client success, or strategic operations
- Experience in a high-growth organization with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Proven success in building and managing executive-level relationships
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
