Job Summary

Leading a team of Support Partner Success Managers, the full-time Director of Partner Success will develop high-performing specialists to enhance partner support capabilities, reduce escalations, and ensure consistent delivery excellence in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and develop a team of Support Partner Success Managers, focusing on empowerment and accountability
  • Set standards for support delivery, co-author execution plans, and ensure high-quality outcomes across the portfolio
  • Represent the Support practice to senior leaders and orchestrate collaboration across various teams to deliver a unified partner experience
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field AND 9+ years of experience in sales or industry channel sales
  • 2+ years of people management experience, including leading teams or technical leadership
  • Experience in customer success or partner-facing delivery teams at scale
  • Familiarity with the CSP/partner ecosystem and support capability maturation
  • Technical knowledge across Azure, Microsoft 365, and identity and security
