Job Summary
Leading the strategy and performance of the partner ecosystem across North and South America, the full-time remote Director of Partner Success will manage a team of partner success professionals, build executive-level relationships, and drive partner activation and capability development.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Americas partner success strategy and define priorities in alignment with global objectives
- Lead and develop a team of senior and junior partner success managers across the region
- Build and manage executive-level partner relationships to enhance the positioning and delivery of Coupa solutions
Required qualifications
- 15+ years in software implementation, pre-sales, or partner/channel development, preferably in procurement or enterprise SaaS
- Proven experience leading teams and operating cross-functionally at the executive level
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work with partial information and build clarity as needed
