Job Summary

As a key operational leader, the full-time Director of Partnership Operations will oversee strategic planning, project management, and technology alignment within the University Partnerships team, ensuring the achievement of organizational goals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational strategic planning, ensuring alignment with enrollment goals and tracking department-wide KPIs and OKRs
• Oversee the Post-Verto Planning function and optimize operational processes to enhance student transitions to partner universities
• Act as a strategic advisor to the Chief Strategy Officer, leading cross-functional initiatives and managing large-scale projects from conception to execution

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of professional operations experience in higher education partnerships, business development, or account management
• Advanced proficiency in managing and configuring dashboards and reports within Salesforce
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and organizational change
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership skills, with experience in managing professionals across departments
