Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Partnerships to build and lead a new partner program focused on publishers and complementary service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a partner program that drives revenue through partner referrals
  • Serve as the main point of contact and strategic advisor to partners, establishing and maintaining relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner and buyer experiences


Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years in partner management, affiliate management, or B2B account management, preferably in performance marketing or SaaS
  • Experience with partner management tools like Crossbeam and Allbound is preferred
  • Strong understanding of online lead generation and affiliate ecosystems
  • Technical aptitude for discussing scripts, lead flow, and integrations
  • Proactive and motivated to help partners succeed
