Director of Partnerships

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Partnerships to lead and scale a strategic partnerships function in the eCommerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnerships strategy to drive growth and customer acquisition
• Build relationships with accounting firms and bookkeeping practices serving eCommerce brands
• Source, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners while tracking performance and optimizing engagement

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growth
• Proven experience within SaaS, eCommerce, accounting technology, or fintech ecosystems
• Experience building or scaling partnership programs from the ground up
• Strong understanding of the Amazon and Shopify operator ecosystem
• Comfortable operating in a startup environment with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities
