Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Partnerships & Development (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize an integrated development strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Build and manage a portfolio of philanthropic supporters and partnerships to achieve revenue targets
• Engage with the Board of Directors to enhance governance and support fundraising efforts

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of leadership experience in development, strategic partnerships, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or equivalent experience
• Proven success in securing significant philanthropic funding and partnerships
• Experience in building advancement functions in growth-stage nonprofits
• Fluency with CRM systems and performance analytics
