Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Partnerships to lead the strategy, growth, and revenue outcomes of its partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the overall partner program strategy across various partner tiers and drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
  • Recruit, enable, and develop a high-performing team including Partner Managers and Partner Operations
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic partners to drive qualified pipeline and closed revenue
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a partner program that drives measurable ARR impact
  • Deep familiarity with the full partner ecosystem including Solutions/SI partners and ISVs
  • Strong revenue ownership mindset with accountability for partner activity metrics
  • Experience managing and developing a team of partner managers and cross-functional program owners
