Job Summary
Owning the global partner strategy, the full-time remote Director of Partnerships will lead initiatives across resellers, system integrators, and hyperscale cloud providers, focusing on strategic partner engagement and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Spacelift's global partner strategy across various partner types
- Manage and develop a small team while building executive-level relationships with priority partners
- Define program structures for partnerships, including deal registration, co-sell motions, and joint go-to-market strategies
Required qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales at a B2B software company
- Proven experience in building partnership programs and managing teams
- Direct experience with national resellers, MSPs, GSIs, and hyperscalers, particularly AWS
- Track record of generating partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
- Technical fluency to discuss platform engineering concepts relevant to Spacelift's offerings
