Job Summary
To drive partner-sourced revenue growth, the full-time Director of Partnerships will develop and execute partnership sales plans, negotiate high-impact agreements, and lead a high-performing partnerships team in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute partnership sales plans aligned with company growth targets
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships, including technology alliances and resellers
- Build and lead a partnerships team focused on delivering measurable pipeline and revenue results
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience in partnerships or a mix of partnerships and sales in the B2B SaaS space
- Proven success in negotiating partner agreements and driving revenue through channels
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and co-selling
- Experience in building and managing partnerships teams
- Ability to use data to track performance and optimize partnership strategies
