Director of Partnerships

Job Summary

Leading the partnerships function in a hybrid capacity, the full-time salaried Director of Partnerships will define and implement Monzo's partnerships strategy, build relationships with major brands, and oversee complex negotiations to enhance customer value and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead Monzo's partnerships strategy across subscriptions, rewards, and customer propositions
• Build and grow strategic relationships with major consumer brands and commercial partners
• Lead complex commercial negotiations while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance teams

Required qualifications

• Strong track record of building and leading strategic partnerships in consumer or fintech industries
• Significant experience managing senior relationships with major brands or commercial partners
• Proven ability to lead complex commercial negotiations from strategy to execution
• Commercially astute with skills in balancing customer and partner value
• Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
