Job Summary
To support a growing partner ecosystem, the full-time remote Director of Partnerships will build and execute strategies for partnerships with cloud providers, ISVs, and distributors while driving revenue growth and expanding market reach.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute the partner ecosystem strategy across various partners and marketplaces
- Develop strategic partnerships with GPU cloud providers and AI infrastructure companies to enhance Backblaze's market position
- Design and launch scalable partner programs, including compensation models and partner enablement initiatives
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in building partner or ecosystem programs within cloud infrastructure or enterprise technology
- Proven track record of scaling partner organizations and driving significant partner-sourced revenue
- Experience in managing high-performing teams and developing organizational structures
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and partner ecosystems, including OEM, ISV, and MSP
- Experience developing marketplace strategies across major cloud marketplaces
