Job Summary
To support a growing litigation support team, the remote Director of Partnerships, Litigation Support will build and lead a high-performing partnerships function, manage client relationships from onboarding to escalation resolution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Build and mentor a partnerships team while establishing scalable playbooks for client engagement
- Manage client relationships and ensure alignment between Sales, Operations, and the Litigation Support team
- Identify and address gaps in the client experience, navigating complex litigation support needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the legal or litigation support industry, focusing on customer success or client services
- Hands-on expertise with court filing and service of process
- Experience leading webinars and product demonstrations for legal professionals
- Proficiency with CRM/support tools like Slack, Zendesk, and HubSpot
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to various audiences
