Director of Partnerships Operations

Job Summary

Leading strategic initiatives to grow the Services business, the full-time remote Director of Partnerships Operations will manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, oversee partner onboarding and administration, and build scalable operational processes while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle from identification to ongoing reviews
• Oversee high-volume partner onboarding and administration processes
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure timely progress of partnerships

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of experience in partnerships operations or related fields
• Experience in partnerships strategy and program management
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Suite
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
