Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, sales, or customer experience, preferably in healthcare or telehealth
  • 2+ years of people management experience with a proven ability to build and scale teams
  • Strong sales and conversion mindset with a focus on metrics and outcomes
  • Experience in scheduling, intake, or call center operations is highly preferred
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize processes
