Director of Patient Access

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of global early access programs, the full-time remote Director of Patient Access will ensure appropriate patient access to investigational therapies targeting RAS-addicted cancers while collaborating across clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support a global early access strategy aligned with clinical and regulatory milestones
• Design and implement named-patient and cohort early access programs globally
• Oversee program operations and manage cross-functional collaboration across various departments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of clinical trial operations and oncology early access experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical company
• Proven ability to design and execute global early access programs
• Deep understanding of key regulatory authorities' programs and timelines
• Significant experience leading large cross-functional teams
