Director of Patient Access Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and operations for global named patient access initiatives, the remote full-time Director of Patient Access Strategy will develop and implement compliant access programs for investigational therapies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure patient needs are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a global strategic approach for named patient access to facilitate compliant supply of investigational therapies
• Design and implement new initiatives to address unmet patient needs while overseeing operations of existing programs
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and facilitate physician acquisition for patients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field; advanced degree preferred
• 8-10 years of progressive commercial or medical affairs experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical company
• Proven track record in designing and operationalizing global early access programs
• Strong understanding of regulatory pathways and considerations
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
