Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Patient Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Patient Accounts organization and oversee remote workforce operations across multiple geographies
  • Manage daily operations of the inbound patient call center and develop strategies for patient collections and account resolution
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure performance aligns with organizational goals and client requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations or patient accounts management
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing high-volume multi-client call center operations
  • Experience leading teams in multi-client environments and remote/offshore operating models preferred
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) or similar certification preferred
