Job Summary

Providing strategic and scientific leadership for patient-centered outcomes, the full-time Director of Patient-Centered Outcomes will manage clinical outcome assessment projects, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive business growth through client relationships and revenue generation, with options for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Define scientific approaches for patient-centered outcomes engagements and develop endpoint and regulatory strategies
• Lead project teams, ensuring methodological integrity and compliance with quality management systems
• Drive business development by expanding client accounts and overseeing proposal development

Required qualifications

• Master's or doctorate degree in a health-related field preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in leading patient-centered outcomes and clinical outcome assessment research
• Expertise in developing COA strategies and conducting qualitative research methodologies
• In-depth understanding of the drug development process and regulatory interactions
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and contribute to business development efforts
