Director of Patient Engagement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Global Patient Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and embed the global patient engagement and advocacy strategy across the full asset lifecycle
• Ensure patient insights are integrated into clinical development decision making and study execution
• Develop and sustain strategic relationships with patient organizations and advocates

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in patient engagement, Medical Affairs, or drug development
• 3-5 years of formal leadership experience in cross-functional teams
• Experience leading patient engagement initiatives with documented impact
• Solid understanding of the drug development lifecycle
• Experience working directly with patients and patient advocates for at least 3 years
