Job Summary
To drive patient engagement and retention strategies, the full-time remote Director of Patient Engagement will design and optimize initiatives that enhance patient enrollment, adherence, and health outcomes within virtual care programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end patient engagement and retention strategy, from onboarding to long-term retention
- Collaborate with clinical teams and product development to integrate engagement best practices and enhance patient-facing features
- Establish a measurement framework for retention metrics and conduct analyses to inform operational decisions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in patient engagement, retention, or lifecycle management, with at least 3 years in a healthcare environment
- 3+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to build and scale teams
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools such as SQL and Tableau
- Demonstrated success in improving retention rates and reducing churn through data-driven strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, Marketing, or a related field
