Job Summary

Leading the Customer Service and Patient Estimates teams, the full-time Director of Patient Estimates will manage billing inquiries and oversee the price transparency program while tracking performance through key performance indicators in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee all billing customer service inbound calls and the patient estimates team
  • Track and analyze performance metrics related to patient satisfaction and collections
  • Implement business process improvements and manage departmental budgets
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, finance, business administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, including 3+ years in a management role
  • Master's Degree in a related field is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to navigate complex and varied challenges in a healthcare environment
