Job Summary
Leading the Customer Service and Patient Estimates teams, the full-time Director of Patient Estimates will manage billing inquiries and oversee the price transparency program while tracking performance through key performance indicators in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all billing customer service inbound calls and the patient estimates team
- Track and analyze performance metrics related to patient satisfaction and collections
- Implement business process improvements and manage departmental budgets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, finance, business administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, including 3+ years in a management role
- Master's Degree in a related field is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to navigate complex and varied challenges in a healthcare environment
