Job Summary
Relentlessly detail-oriented, the full-time salaried Director of Patient Experience & Quality will own, audit, and elevate every touchpoint of the patient journey, ensuring a world-class experience in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the consultation experience and quality control for provider interactions
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance framework for digital experiences and patient communications
- Establish and enforce patient experience standards while championing the patient voice across cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in customer experience, CX strategy, quality assurance, or patient experience, preferably in a DTC or healthcare context
- Proven experience building or managing QA frameworks for customer-facing products or communications
- Strong cross-functional instincts to drive problem resolution without owning the roadmap
- Comfort with data analysis, including NPS trends and churn cohort assessments
- Experience with premium consumer brands where the experience itself is a key product component
