Job Summary

Leading a comprehensive patient experience program remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Patient Experience will oversee specialty product call center services, manage a team of patient navigators, and ensure compliance with vendor performance while optimizing patient access and support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead patient experience call center services for specialty products, ensuring alignment with patient access needs
  • Oversee a team of patient navigators and access liaisons while managing vendor performance and compliance
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years of experience in market access, patient support, or reimbursement in the BioPharma industry
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud for managing patient support programs
  • 3 years of experience in patient support program leadership
  • Proven experience in operational oversight and vendor management
