Job Summary
Leading a comprehensive patient experience program remotely, the full-time salaried Director of Patient Experience will oversee specialty product call center services, manage a team of patient navigators, and ensure compliance with vendor performance while optimizing patient access and support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead patient experience call center services for specialty products, ensuring alignment with patient access needs
- Oversee a team of patient navigators and access liaisons while managing vendor performance and compliance
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of experience in market access, patient support, or reimbursement in the BioPharma industry
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud for managing patient support programs
- 3 years of experience in patient support program leadership
- Proven experience in operational oversight and vendor management
