Director of Patient Inclusion

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Patient Inclusion (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies for global patient and care-partner councils to enhance patient access and insights
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed inclusive patient engagement into R&D decision-making processes
• Provide oversight for patient engagement in the Pipeline Commercialization Model and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree is desirable
• Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical-related or clinical research experience
• 10 years of project management and people management experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines required
• Operational understanding of the global regulatory environment is desirable
