Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of patient marketing strategies, the full-time Director of Patient Marketing will focus on creating digital materials and patient support services for COMP360 while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment based in New York City or remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient marketing strategies, including digital materials and patient support services
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform strategic planning and tactical execution
- Create marketing materials and campaigns that educate patients and care partners on COMP360's value proposition while ensuring regulatory compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of marketing experience in biotech/pharma, with proven leadership in CNS or specialty therapeutics
- Strong understanding of US healthcare dynamics, payer environment, and regulatory requirements for investigational products
- Expertise in market research, brand strategy, and omnichannel marketing
- Mission-driven leader passionate about mental health innovation and company values
