Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Operations for the Patient Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect the operational strategy for the Patient Group and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape group strategy
• Build frameworks for critical decision-making and facilitate discussions to ensure strategic alignment and growth
• Lead and mentor a Business Operations team focused on patient acquisition and operational strategy

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Operations or Strategy & Operations in growth-focused roles
• 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
• Strong product and data intuition with the ability to define product strategy and performance metrics
• Experience leading cross-functional processes and aligning senior stakeholders in dynamic environments
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives for strategic decision-making
