Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Director of Patient Operations will manage scheduling, patient communications, intake, and call center operations while ensuring operational excellence and enhancing patient experiences through data-driven decision making.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team focused on patient support operations, establishing performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Own day-to-day operations, developing scalable workflows and monitoring key performance indicators to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Champion a seamless patient experience, ensuring high-quality interactions across multiple communication platforms and collaborating with clinical operations for improved care coordination
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of healthcare operations or patient services experience
- 5+ years of experience leading customer service, patient operations, or care coordination teams
- Experience managing high-volume operational organizations, including clinical or general call centers
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using operational metrics for decision making
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and improving patient experience through operational excellence
