Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Patient Services Home Infusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient services including patient management, reauthorizations, and documentation
• Drive process improvements to optimize billing timelines and cash collections
• Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing patient care due to changes in insurance or medications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Billing and Collections
• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong understanding of infusion benefits/authorization and billing
• Knowledge of Managed Care contracts and reimbursement billing preferred
