Job Summary

Leading the operational strategy for patient and provider services, the full-time Director of Patient Services will manage frontline support staff, drive performance metrics, and enhance patient-centric support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and drive performance metrics, ensuring operational efficiency and high patient satisfaction
  • Design and execute an organizational strategy that enhances team performance and business outcomes
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop talent management strategies and improve patient retention initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years in patient support with 5+ years of direct people management experience in a scalable environment
  • Proven success in building and leading diverse support teams, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience partnering with Workforce Management to optimize staffing models and service levels
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, patient-centric mindset, including intermediate SQL proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational redesigns and navigate complex environments effectively
