Director of Patient Services Training

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Patient Services Innovation & Operational Excellence (Training).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of the Patient Innovation Lab into an enterprise-wide Innovation Center of Excellence
• Design and deliver Patient Services-related training for colleagues and field teams
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure operational excellence and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, PharmD, PhD) strongly preferred
• At least 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, consulting, or healthcare services
• Experience in training or innovation with enterprise or cross-functional impact preferred
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical specialty products preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
