Director of Payer Contracting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payer Contracting, responsible for developing and executing strategies for payer and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic long-range planning for contracted payors and product participation
• Evaluates and recommends business development and expansion opportunities within assigned territories
• Negotiates contracts and ensures compliance with company standards and market regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managed care contracting
• Extensive understanding of clinic financials and operational processes
• Proven strategic leadership skills and business acumen
• 3+ years of experience leading healthcare negotiations and strategy (preferred)
• Knowledge of Washington/Oregon market managed care experience (preferred)
