Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Payer Contracting (MA & Medicaid).

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and renegotiate MA & Medicaid value-based care contracts with prospective payer partners
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of negotiated terms and maintain compliance
• Build and manage relationships with payers and key stakeholders to optimize performance and identify collaboration opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 12+ years in healthcare with health plans or provider groups focused on contract negotiations within value-based care
• Results-oriented with the ability to influence goal achievement
• Proven track record of maintaining relationships and effective communication with senior management
• Expertise in sales and business development at local and national levels
