Director of Payer Contracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payer Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Payer Contract Administration and Payer Implementation functions, including PBM and Managed Care contracting
• Drive business growth related to payer contracting and support field sales teams in market expansion
• Act as payer liaison to address Home Infusion Therapy (HIT) and PBM payer needs, overseeing negotiations and contract management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum of five years of healthcare-related experience, preferably in contracting and credentialing
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships
• General business and financial acumen, with understanding of managed care terminology and contracting procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
