Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payer Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Payer Contract Administration and Implementation functions, including PBM and Managed Care contracting
• Drive business growth through payer contracting and collaborate with sales teams to support market expansion
• Act as a liaison for Home Infusion Therapy and PBM payer needs, overseeing negotiations and contract language

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum of five years of healthcare experience, particularly in contracting and credentialing
• General business and financial acumen with knowledge of managed care terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills
