Director of Payer Contracts

Job Summary

To support the growth of payer contracting initiatives, the full-time Director of Payer Contracts will manage Payer Contract Administration and Implementation functions, oversee negotiations with payers, and act as a liaison for Home Infusion Therapy and PBM needs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage acquisition due diligence and integration for government and commercial payers across all business lines
• Drive business growth through effective payer contracting and collaboration with field sales teams
• Oversee the HIT managed care sales process, including negotiating contract terms and addressing payer needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum of five years of healthcare experience, particularly in contracting and credentialing
• Strong understanding of managed care terminology and contracting environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software such as SalesForce.com
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
