Job Summary
Leading the operational strategy for practice enrollment, the full-time remote Director of Payer Go-To-Market will develop and execute comprehensive launch plans for value-based care contracts while managing a high-performing team and collaborating across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the GTM launch blueprint for new and renewing value-based care contracts
- Construct operational workflows and manage cross-functional tracking dashboards to ensure timely execution from contract signing to active status
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track enrollment growth and optimize launch strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare, including 2 years in value-based care or population health management
- At least 6 years of people management experience
- Strong understanding of risk-bearing models such as ACOs and Medicare Advantage
- Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder cross-functional projects under tight deadlines
