Job Summary

To support the launch of COMP360, the full-time Director of Payer Marketing will develop US market access strategies and payer engagement assets while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders in a hybrid work environment based in New York City or remotely on the East Coast.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop payer segment strategies and promotional materials for various market segments including Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid
  • Create a Payer Value Proposition deck to educate payers on COMP360 for use by Payer Account Directors
  • Coordinate and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure payer marketing materials meet customer needs and compliance standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Account Management, or Managed Markets/Payer Marketing
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and market access across government and commercial segments
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse departments
  • Experience in developing early access strategies and related tools
