Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payer Strategy & Engagement, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic payer portfolios and develop multi-year strategic plans
• Build collaborative relationships with payer partners and lead national joint operating committees
• Lead and mentor a team to enhance productivity and effective data storytelling

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 12 years of experience in health plan contracting or healthcare strategy, with 6-8 years in management
• Expertise in relationship and portfolio management
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
