Job Summary

Leading payer contracting and relationship management initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Payer Strategy will develop strategic partnerships, optimize reimbursement efforts, and collaborate with internal stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee payer contracting activities, including negotiations, renewals, and compliance with organizational standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with payer organizations, serving as the primary contact for operational concerns and performance discussions
• Monitor payer contract performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reimbursement outcomes and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or related field
• Significant experience in payer contracting, managed care, or healthcare reimbursement
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and payer economics
• Proven ability to develop reports and performance monitoring tools
