Director of Payment Integrity

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Payment Integrity - Coordination of Benefits and Data Mining.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for teams managing payment integrity initiatives
• Define and execute strategies to achieve growth and savings targets within the COB and Data Mining vertical
• Oversee optimization of systems and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 10 years of experience managing multifunctional payment integrity teams
• 7 years of leadership experience
• Direct health plan experience is required
• Extensive knowledge of coordination of benefit primacy rules
