Director of Payment Integrity

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Payment Integrity Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and implement an effective process for Payment Integrity audit programs and client implementations
• Monitor onboarding and offboarding activities, including access management and deliverable submissions
• Prepare executive status reports and manage project communications while ensuring quality assurance activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or MBA with 8+ years of relevant experience in Payment Integrity
• 10+ years of experience in end-to-end client implementations on data mining or clinical coding programs
• Experience in budget, forecast, and resource management
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Intermediate skills in MS Office, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project Plan (MPP)
