Director of Payment Integrity

Job Summary

To build and implement effective payment integrity audit programs, the fully remote Director of Payment Integrity Transformation will manage high-performing teams, oversee client onboarding processes, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones while leveraging an integrated technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and lead high-performing teams for end-to-end Payment Integrity program implementations, including Data Mining and various audit types
• Monitor onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring proper access management and timely submission of client deliverables
• Prepare executive status reports and manage project communications while maintaining compliance and quality assurance activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA with 8+ years of relevant experience in payment integrity
• 10+ years of experience in client implementations related to data mining and clinical coding programs
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and exemplary judgment
• Experience with resource management and budget forecasting
