Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and sustain client relationships through policy consultation and strategic guidance
• Direct the development of technical assistance materials to support participants in value-based payment approaches
• Oversee analyses to monitor performance and improve operational activities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant health policy industry experience in healthcare consulting or policy expertise
• 4+ years of experience in value-based care payment initiatives and technical assistance activities
• Experience in managing subcontractors and leading cross-functional project teams
• Experience supporting business development and building client relationships
• Broad understanding of federal health policy issues as a subject matter expert
